Recently, Deep Blue Automobile ushered in a milestone moment – the successful roll-off of the one-millionth unit of the YuLi Super Integrated Electric Drive. As the core partner of Deep Blue Automobile’s powertrain system, Chengdu Zhengheng Power Co., Ltd. From single-in-one to multi-in-one, from the first unit to the one millionth unit off the assembly line, DeepBlue achieved this leap in just 45 months. In terms of performance, the previous generation of the Force Ultra-Integrated Electric Drive 2.0 achieved a working efficiency of 92.59% and a power density of 2.67 kW/kg; the new generation of the Force Ultra-Integrated Electric Drive 3.0 has made a leap forward – working efficiency of 94.13%, power density ≥4.25 kW/kg, weight reduction of 20%, volume reduction of 30%, power increase of 55% at -30℃ low temperature, and charging time reduction of 30%. In terms of reliability, DeepBlue dismantled an old electric drive that had traveled 512,000 kilometers on site, and found no significant wear on the core components, with a quality level 30% superior to the industry. From 2.0 to 3.0, from reliability to efficiency, DeepBlue has proven its technological leadership with hard data.
As a core supplier of key components for Shenlan’s electric drive system, we have been deeply involved in the iterative upgrading of key aspects such as lightweight housing design, high-precision machining, and thermal management flow channel optimization.
