CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation
Recently, the laboratory of Chengdu Tonglin Foundry Industry Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Zhengheng Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhengheng Power), has officially obtained the Laboratory Accreditation Certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) (Registration No.: CNAS L25888).
This achievement signifies that Tonglin Foundry’s professional technical competence and management proficiency in material mechanics and metallographic testing have fully met the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017. It also adds a prestigious international credential to bolster the global quality control system of the Zhengheng Power Group.
Aligned with International Standards
As China’s most authoritative national accreditation body, CNAS accreditation results enjoy multilateral mutual recognition under the ILAC-MRA framework worldwide. The assessment was carried out rigorously in full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and CNAS-CL01 accreditation criteria, covering a full-spectrum, high-standard audit of laboratory personnel qualifications, equipment metrology, environmental control, test procedures, data traceability and report administration.
In line with its CNAS accredited scope, the Tonglin Foundry Laboratory is authorized to deliver two core testing service categories:

Mechanical Property Testing of Metals
Covers four critical mechanical indicators: tensile strength, yield strength, percentage elongation after fracture and Brinell hardness, implemented in strict accordance with national standards GB/T 228.1 and GB/T 231.1.

Metallographic Structure Analysis for Cast Iron
Provides a full suite of metallographic inspections for ductile iron and gray cast iron, including more than ten core parameters such as nodularity grade, graphite size and morphology, pearlite content, carbide proportion and phosphide eutectic content. It precisely meets material quality verification requirements for flagship products including engine cylinder blocks and high-end structural components.
In addition, the laboratory is equipped with a complete set of chemical composition testing equipment and a professional technical team, enabling comprehensive in-house elemental composition analysis for cast iron materials to fully support internal process quality control and sample analysis for cutting-edge R&D.
Dual-CNAS Layout
With the certification of the Tonglin Foundry Laboratory, Zhengheng Power has established a dual-CNAS matrix consisting of the Group Headquarters Testing & Experiment Center and the Tonglin Foundry Laboratory. In-depth collaboration between the two platforms creates an unbroken full-cycle quality closed loop spanning from foundry blanks and precision machining to finished product performance, safeguarding high-quality product delivery.
