II. Low-pressure die casting: the main process for high-density precision castings
Low-pressure die casting utilizes a stable filling process at a low pressure of 0.02-0.15 MPa, eliminating vortex and splash, thereby reducing defects such as air holes and cold shuts from the source. It can form ultra-thin complex internal cavity structures of 0.8mm thickness, resulting in finished products with excellent mechanical properties, high batch consistency, low mold wear, and adaptability to medium-volume high-quality production. It specializes in castings such as aluminum alloys, and is widely used in high-performance applications like automotive cylinder blocks and heads, suspension components, as well as high-end motorcycles and aviation precision accessories.

III. Gravity casting: a highly adaptable and cost-effective universal process
Gravity casting relies on the self-weight of the molten metal to fill the mold, featuring a mature and stable process, short debugging cycles, and low equipment investment costs. It is compatible with multiple materials such as cast iron, cast steel, and aluminum alloy, and is not limited by casting wall thickness. It is suitable for a wide variety of small-batch trial production and mass production, with a long mold service life.
