Tonglin Casting and Xinruihang Photovoltaic Project Signing
On December 24, 2025, a grand signing ceremony was held for the cooperation agreement on the distributed photovoltaic project between Chengdu Tonglin Casting Industrial Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Zhengheng Power, and Sichuan Xinruihang New Energy Co., Ltd. Representatives from both management teams and core members of the project team attended the event, jointly embarking on a new journey of collaborative development and mutual benefit between traditional manufacturing and the new energy industry.
Mr. Wu Hua, Project Manager of Chengdu Tonglin Casting Industrial Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of Party A. As the specific project leader, he elaborated on the significance of this collaboration for the company in practicing green manufacturing and promoting sustainable development, expressing firm confidence in the successful implementation and effective outcomes of the project.
Under the joint witness of all the guests, the signing ceremony officially commenced. Mr. Kou Xiao, Director of Chengdu Zhengheng Power Co., Ltd. and Director of the Procurement Center, and Mr. Kuang Yongjun, Chairman of Sichuan Xinruihang New Energy Co., Ltd., as representatives of both parties, solemnly signed the cooperation agreement.
After the signing was completed, Mr. Jianping Yan, General Manager of Sichuan Xinruihang New Energy Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of Party B. He expressed sincere gratitude for Tonglin Foundry’s trust and recognition, stating that Xinruihang would fully leverage its technological expertise and professional operation advantages in the photovoltaic field to ensure the high-quality implementation and long-term stable operation of the project, working hand in hand with partners to jointly paint a blueprint for green development.
The successful conclusion of this signing ceremony marks the beginning of a collaborative journey between both parties. Building on this distributed photovoltaic project, they will adhere to the concept of synergistic development, deeply integrate manufacturing expertise with energy technologies, and jointly explore new models for green and low-carbon development.
