Special Machine Department of Zhengheng Power
Recently, the Tooling & Special Machine Department of Zhengheng Power has successfully delivered and put multiple automated units into stable operation. This marks a key progress in our ability to provide customized intelligent production line solutions, and injects strong impetus into the improvement of customers’ production capacity and quality with mature technical strength.
Diversified automated scenarios have been implemented to achieve efficient “machine replacement” production:

In the precision machining unit, one Fanuc robot is used to load and unload materials for 2-4 Makino horizontal machining centers simultaneously, forming an efficient “robot island”. This maximizes the utilization rate of machine tools and enables nearly unattended continuous precision machining.

The cleaning unit integrates high-pressure and low-pressure cleaning stations with Kawasaki robots, realizing full-process automation of workpiece transfer and cleaning to ensure consistent quality. It has been successfully commissioned and put into application.

The rough machining unit has completed the robot replacement and upgrade (from KUKA to Fanuc) for the existing production line, optimizing the uniformity of the technology stack and long-term maintenance efficiency.
Tooling Fixtures
According to project requirements, a flexible mode combining external collaboration and internal independent manufacturing is adopted. The key tooling for multiple projects is independently produced by our company’s Tooling & Special Machine Department.
